Here's some coming up for sale where I work AND I'm just so fascinated by them.

Note: This group is a rare documentation of a late 19th c. New Orleans room interior incorporating a half tester bed and armoire attributable to Prudent Mallard (Sevres 1809-New Orleans 1879) The plinth drawer and feet of the armoire clearly relate to those on the armoire from Mallard for Francis Puig's home at 624 Royal Street, and the tester and post are very similar to those on a bed descended in a New Orleans family
