Went to another cheese class tonight at St. James Cheese Company...
Introduced to some lovely wines and creamy cheeses,
but also introduced to some not-so-nice beers . . .
and some pretty skunky cheeses...
Luckily dessert kept us going! :)
Though this was a so-so class, it was nice to be out and I'll maybe do one last class before the years end.
