Bravo's "Top Chef" has already filmed the season finale, January 15, 2009 at Commander's Palace here in New Orleans. (I'm so bummed I missed it!) Rumor's have it that Hosea, Carla, and "one" other guy were the three finalist. There have also been reports that other Top Chef finalist like Jamie and Jeff were spotted shopping at Whole Foods - Uptown. Again, all in my neighborhood, nuts! New Orleans staple Emeril Lagasse served as the guest finale judge. The three finalists face an extra "special" challenge and the winner will be revealed on Wednesday, February 25 at 10/9c on the season finale.
